  • Your teen deserves contest parity — gear, travel, coaching — but the pipeline assumes Poway families have disposable income.
  • Athlete branding and social media feel like secrets — industry gatekeeping keeps Poway families uninformed.

Lo que cambia cuando los jóvenes entran al agua

  • Addresses historical exclusion of Latino, Indigenous, and Black youth from competitive pipelines.
  • Judging literacy and heat strategy coaching — compete smart, not just hard.

Surf Athletic Scholarship en Poway — Lo que debes saber

Free surf scholarship for Poway youth is competitive enrollment — talent plus need plus BIPOC priority, not open enrollment like beginner lessons.

California contest circuit coverage across San Diego — scholarship travel isn't limited to one local beach near La Jolla Shores (18 miles) and Del Mar 15th Street (14 miles).

Por qué Poway importa para nuestra misión

From Poway's Title I schools to the sand, our pipeline is built on real partnerships — not generic 'serving the area' language. Every cohort names the schools, beaches, and community orgs involved.

Poway's Spanish-speaking households (17%) get parent communications in both languages, every time. Coastal access fails when language is treated as an afterthought.
