Free After-School Program Across San Diego County
Free after-school tutoring, environmental science, and surf instruction for BIPOC teens. Tuesday–Thursday year-round through the Ocean Stewards program. Un Mar de Colores runs this program across 27 cities in San Diego County — entirely free for BIPOC youth.
