Our programs run year-round at The Strand and Wisconsin Street Beach — two of North County's best beginner breaks — with certified bilingual instructors, 3/2mm wetsuits, and surfboards provided at no cost to participating families.

Year-long scholarship combining surf therapy, ocean education, and cultural arts for youth ages 6 to 12. Free wetsuits, boards, and transportation from OUSD Title I schools including South Oceanside Elementary and Cesar Chavez Middle School.

Despite living just blocks from The Strand and Wisconsin Street — two of North County's best beginner breaks — many youth in neighborhoods like Libby Lake, Fire Mountain, and the MLK corridor have never accessed the ocean. Our instructors are trained in culturally responsive teaching and connect ocean activities to participants' Pacific Islander, Indigenous, and Afro-Caribbean heritage.
